About us

Our internationally brilliant chef from the marvelous countryside of the middle Campidano in Sardinia has come to bring sardinian food and wine culture and flavors to Miami, Florida.
With more than ten years of experience, after working in many countries like Austria, Germany, Polonia, and South Korea, with a family that taught him the importance of culture, and the respect for the land and nature, with a grandfather dedicated to the cinema, and with brothers dedicated to the restaurant and distribution business, he has learned to rely not only on the recipe, but on the discovery and respect for the raw material, on the people’s sensitivity and his own sensitivity to work with his hands full of love.
One his phrase “ think global but eat local, meaning, use all the techniques he has learned about the world, using the ingredients that every territory gives him every time”
Our chef is passionate about cooking and love experimenting with unique ingredients and aromas.
His cooking style is reminiscent of his grandmothers’ traditional methods but with an innovative twist. Sardinia is a constant presence in his senses, inspiring him with its culinary poetry and traditional recipes.

Sardinia takes its name from the island’s characteristic cheese, meat fruits and vegetables, which embodies the ancestral culture of the island. Sardomare embraces the philosophy of our chef providing to the clients the best food services according to the client’s needs.
